Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ArchMaster Pro services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Course Enrollment and Payment

Course enrollment is subject to the following terms:

  • Full payment is required to secure your enrollment
  • Course fees are non-refundable after the first week of classes
  • Payment plans may be available for certain programs
  • All fees are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes
  • Course schedules may be subject to change with reasonable notice

Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

  • Attend classes regularly and participate actively
  • Complete assignments and projects on time
  • Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students
  • Follow all facility rules and safety guidelines
  • Maintain professional conduct at all times
  • Provide accurate information during enrollment

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, presentations, handouts, and digital content, are the intellectual property of ArchMaster Pro. Students may not:

  • Reproduce or distribute course materials without permission
  • Record classes without explicit consent
  • Share login credentials for online platforms
  • Use course content for commercial purposes

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Course cancellations and refunds are governed by the following:

  • Full refund available if cancelled within 7 days of enrollment
  • 50% refund available if cancelled within the first week of classes
  • No refund after the first week of classes
  • ArchMaster Pro reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment
  • In case of course cancellation by ArchMaster Pro, full refund will be provided

Certification and Completion

Course completion certificates are awarded based on:

  • Minimum 80% attendance requirement
  • Satisfactory completion of all assignments
  • Passing grade on final assessments
  • Compliance with all course requirements

Limitation of Liability

ArchMaster Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Code of Conduct

All students must adhere to our code of conduct:

  • Maintain respectful and professional behavior
  • No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct
  • Respect facility property and equipment
  • Follow health and safety protocols
  • Report any concerns to staff immediately

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Modifications to Terms

ArchMaster Pro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
